Registration & Awards 2010-2011

Registration process overview

OCNEMR’s registration process is in four main stages.

The courses required are developed and approved. At the point of approval, the Centre’s Administration Contact receives a Learner Registration Form (LRF) pre-populated for each course. Please note in 2010-11, only pre-populated LRFs for approved courses will be accepted by OCNEMR. The learner details and dates are then added by the centre and the LRF returned to OCNEMR for processing. The processing produces a Recommendation for the Award of Credit form (RAC) which is in effect a grid of learners and units. This document is vital at External Verification as it will be used to claim the learners’ achievements. The RAC is completed at External Verification and then returned to OCNEMR so that learners can be certificated.
