Once a correctly completed RAC with all signatures has been received by OCN, certificates will be produced and issued to the centre within 6 weeks. Certificates will be sent to the administrative contact named on the centre’s NOCN Centre Recognition form. The centre is responsible for the distribution of the certificates to learners.
