The late registration policy is designed to ensure that the registration of learners onto courses is made in good time to effectively verify and quality assure the courses and to comply with QCA requirements.
The following schedule of registration time scales form the basis of the definition of late registration. We ask that providers adhere to the following schedule and respectfully remind you that timely registration of learners is part of the Centre Recognition agreement.

From an OCN perspective a course is made up of an identifiable cohort of learners following a common programme of learning with the same start and finish dates.
All learners undertaking an approved Access to HE course beginning in the autumn term MUST be registered by 30th November.
