Replacement Certificates
It is possible to apply for a replacement certificate, for example if the original certificate has been lost.
These requests must be made by the centre where the course was taken and can not be accepted direct from learners.
The centre must complete the Application for a Replacement Certificate form and send this to the OCN along with the original certificate if available.
Please note there is an administrative charge of £25 per replacement certificate. (This charge does not apply when the reason for the replacement is an error by the OCN.)
