On receipt of the CLRF, OCN will issue a Recommendation for the Award of Credit (RAC) form. This will be sent electronically to the administration contact named on the NOCN Centre Recognition Form. The RAC will contain the course code, title, learners’ names and registration numbers as well as the unit names and codes for the units identified on the CLRF Part A. This form should be checked to ensure the details are correct both in terms of spelling of learners’ names, unit listing, course title and ULNs. The details on this document should be checked carefully as these will appear on any certificates issued. Please inform OCN within 14 days of receipt of any changes that need to be made. OCN reserves the right to charge for replacement certificates issued as a result of inaccurate information provided by centres.
